FAQ

You can choose to enter any wave. If you want to compete for an overall winner or a category prize, you must enter Wave 1 when you sign up for this event.

We have an exciting new addition from 2024, a walkers wave! Join your fellow walkers through the trails and take in the fresh forest air.

We cannot facilitate any wave changes after you have entered this event, so please make sure to sign up for your preferred wave when you enter. If your preferred wave is sold out, it will no longer be visible online, and you must choose an alternative wave.

If the Wave 1  wave has sold out online and you are an elite runner wishing to compete in this event, please email us at info@gaelforceevents.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. Guide time: A sub-50-minute 10k trail run or 40-minute 10k road run.

Competitors must be 16 years of age or over on event day. Competitors aged 16 & 17 must have a signed parent or guardian consent form to take part. Please download & complete this form and email it back to us or bring it to our information desk on event day.

On-the-day registration is sometimes available for this event, although it is much better value to enter in advance!

If you still wish to enter on the day we will have a card machine available for payments.
